Today, I read an interesting article about a mountain lion killed in Connecticut by a sports utility vehicle. What really surprised me about the article is that the lion made a journey of 2,00 miles from his home in South Dakota to Connecticut to find his death unfortunately. I want to know why no one found him, or spotted it during its extensive journey. Biologists say that this shows it can adapt to a new environment.
I'm still amazed how it survived for such a long journey! What did it eat? Where did he sleep? To learn more about this article go to http://www.lohud.com/article/20110727/NEWS01/107270331/Mountain-lion-killed-Connecticut-traced-2-000-miles-South-Dakota?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|News
